The New & Expanded Vision
We believe God is calling us to secure a bright future for America and the world by instilling a Christian worldview in the hearts and minds of the children of America and the world. This will be accomplished by offering a tuition free, high quality, Christian education to every child whose parents choose this alternative to secular, naturalistic education.
Reasons Why God would give us this Vision

1. The great battle for the soul of America is being fought in the arena of worldviews. To simplify, we might say it is the battle of Naturalism against the Judeo-Christian worldview.
2. Naturalism teaches that as its chief spokesman, Carl Sagan, used to say, "The cosmos is all that is or ever was or ever will be." It completely rejects the Christian belief that there is a God who created and watches over this world. It teaches that there is no real purpose to life. Science is the god and savior of naturalism. That is, if there is any hope to be found, it will be found as Science finds a way to do away with disease, death, etc. Naturalism teaches explicitly or implicitly that since there is no god to help us and no life after this one, we had better get all we can get in this one short cosmic accident we call life.
3. All public education curricula are written from a naturalistic philosophy. Naturalism is presented as the only worldview supported by science when in reality it is essentially a religious philosophy that cannot be proven scientifically.
4. Naturalism's lack of belief in an objective standard of right and wrong has led to very strange educational philosophies. One such approach has thrown out objective standards and testing. This doesn't work out in the real world. A company doesn't care about your feelings; they simply want to know that you have the skills to accomplish the task at hand. Naturalism's connection to evolution has also eroded the value for human life while elevating the value of animal life. A great example of this is the pre-occupation of Hollywood's stars with beached whales or the planet but little or no regard for the life of a baby in the womb or an elderly person in a nursing home.
In April of 2008, the Swiss Parliament passed new laws requiring dog owners to complete a canine treatment course, anglers must take classes on humane fishing and goldfish may no longer be flushed down the toilet. The Swiss government’s ethic’s committee is also considering “plant dignity” rights to protect plants. This is the same country that has a constitutional right to assisted suicide for the mentally ill.
5. Charles Colson states, "Naturalism is diametrically opposed to Christianity."
6. After 12 years of indoctrination in naturalistic philosophy, many kids who grow up in the church abandon their faith. Why? The smartest people they have ever known (teachers) have mostly taught them to believe that naturalism is true.
If naturalism is true, then the Bible cannot be true. If the Bible is not true, then those who follow it are naive, even ignorant.
7. America is rapidly becoming more and more secular as opposed to Christian.
Why? 50 million children a day (k-12) are being indoctrinated in government schools that teach that God does not exist or at best He is irrelevant to life.
· They teach that we are all here through pure chance.
· There is no God who loves us or created us.
· Religion is for the weak and ignorant.
· Religion and science are opposed to each other.
· Science is based on facts while religion is based on fear, faith or ignorance.
· Morality is relative. What’s wrong for you may not be wrong for me.
· There is no absolute standard of right and wrong since there is no absolute lawgiver.
· The Bible is full of errors and is completely untrustworthy.
Is it any wonder that many young people abandon their faith in the first year or two of college? The college atmosphere becomes even more aggressively anti-Christian and after 13-15 years of hearing the same naturalistic song, young people lose the ability to believe in the faith of their childhood. Some studies have suggested that as high as 80 percent of Christian young people who attend a secular college abandon their Christian faith for all practical purposes by the time they graduate.

8. In England, where Naturalism has prevailed, 97 % of the population no longer attends church.
9. America is rapidly following in England's footsteps and unless the foundational philosophies of our current educational system are reversed, it is not a question of if; it's only a question of when America will become a completely secular nation.

10. We currently have between 6-8 million children (k-12) in Christian schools or home schooling in America. This means that nearly 90% of the children in America are not being trained to think from the perspective of a Christian worldview.
11. Giving a child a Christian worldview guarantees many great benefits.
a. A majority of them will become genuine believers.
b. Those who rebel often return to their faith later in life.
c. Almost all of them have a respect for the Judeo-Christian value system. This respect shows up in the voting booth, the workplace, entertainment and in every other area of life.
d. Many of them choose to go into Full-time Christian service.
e. Their work ethic and Christian ethical beliefs make them great employees, employers as well as community and national leaders.
f. They become salt and light in our decaying and darkened culture. They hold back the decay and darkness and advance the light.
g. Because of their Christian values in all areas of life, they have a much better chance to have successful marriages and raise Godly children.
h. When children are given a Christian Worldview, Christian parents have very little chance of waking up one day and hearing their kid's say, "I don't believe in the Bible or your God."
12. In order to turn America around we must start with the children. We must make it possible for the masses to receive a thoroughly Christian education/worldview.
13. The only way we will attract the masses is to guarantee high quality, free Christian education for all who desire it.
14. When millions of children in America and perhaps around the world are afforded a free, Christian education, millions of people will come to know Christ. A great revival could be the end result.
The Plan of Implementation
1. God began this vision when He led us to start Parkway Christian Academy in 2002.
2. We will continue to build PCA into a world class school by securing accreditation at the highest levels possible.
3. We will build a new central school facility that will serve as the main headquarters of the newly incorporated "Parkway Christian School System."
4. Our main campus will house an elementary school as well as our only high school to begin with.
5. We will start satellite elementary schools within 30 minutes of the main school around the valley.
6. Parents will be able to drop off students of any age at any one of our schools and if necessary they will be bused to the main campus.
7. We will continuously work to build the PCA endowment that will eventually make it possible to go "tuition free".
8. When we have established a thriving, valley wide, tuition free, Christian school system, we will take this concept to other major cities in the US and will very likely plant new schools on mission fields around the world.
9. We believe that when the larger Christian community becomes aware of what God has done, they will jump on board and help us spread this concept all over the country.
